WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
💟 Product title start with “In Stock/ 现货” items means order will ship in 3 business days after we received orders.
💟 Product title start with “Pre order/订购” means we don’t have items on hand, it takes 2~5 weeks to purchase and shipping when we received orders.
💟When you order included both “In stock” and “Pre-order” items, it still ship in 2~5 weeks after we received orders.
WHY IS MY CARD DECLINING?
If your card is declining your billing address may not match, or you may have insufficient funds. Sometimes when your card declines, there will be a pending charge on your account but you will not be charged.
WHEN DO I GET CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
When you place your order, we authorize the amount on your card. You will not get charged until the order ships. If you paid with PayPal however, you will be charged immediately.
I’M IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING, BUT I DON’T SEE IT! WILL IT COME IN STOCK?
The stock quantity is depending on brand store. Contact us to make sure something you want back in stock or want to get notification.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We only offering shopper service, after you ordered this is NO RETURN/ REFUND for ANY ORDERS.
Our service has finished when your orders has been shipped, that means if you didn’t received your order package after shipped, please contact the courier at the first time. And we won’t refund for your orders, under the situation of the customer offer WRONG ADDRESS or LOST PACKAGE ( correct address but customer didn’t received package).
